Overview

The Fund’s primary investment objectives are to provide passive income and long-term capital appreciation with attractive risk-adjusted returns, by allocating risk among several project areas. The primary objective of the Fund is to acquire non operated wellbore interests in wells that are operated by experienced and well capitalized public and private oil and gas companies. The Fund will target assets that are scheduled or that are anticipated to be drilled in 2027, the primary basins that will be targeted for acquisition will be located within the Delaware, Powder River, Anadarko, Unita and Williston Basins.
